Driving lessons

Terms and Conditions 

 

  1. It's hereby expressly agreed that the contract for tuition is made solely between the Instructor, as principal, and you, the Pupil.
  2. The Instructor shall have the right to rearrange any appointment to a time convenient to both parties if the instructor is not available for any unforeseen circumstance.
  3. All matters relating to timing, location and duration of individual lessons shall be subject to agreement between the instructor and the Pupil.
  4. Lesson cancellations can only be made by the Pupil directly with the Instructor at least TWO working days, TEN working days for Intensive Courses (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays) prior to the commencement of the lesson, otherwise lesson fees WILL be charged.
  5. Payment for tuition should be made by the Pupil either by cheque, payable to Mr. Lee Sanders and/or Mr Graham Foster, or alternatively by cash at the commencement of each lesson. Any outstanding pre-paid lessons not used are refundable.
  6. I hereby declare I have read and understood the above terms and conditions and agree that I have contracted with the Instructor in accordance with them.
